MRF661 - Single Chip Quad-band GSM/GPRS RF Transceiver

Based on Mobert Semiconductor¨s advanced architecture and unique technology, the MRF661 is a highly integrated single-chip transceiver for quad-band GSM and GPRS wireless applications. Manufactured in 0.18µm CMOS process, the MRF661 delivers high performance for GSM850, EGSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900 and GPRS standards with lower power consumption and small footprint.

The receiver utilizes industry proven low-IF architecture, which requires a minimal number of external components and includes all the function blocks from the RF front-end to the baseband interface. The transmitter leverages Mobert Semiconductor¨s advanced architecture.
